Mission Submission tournament

Yesterday I had my 1st Brazilian Jiu Jitsu tournament. Honestly my goal is not to win every fights. But I'm happy that I get the 2nd place. My opponent in finals was a great fighter. Even tough I escaped on the armbar, he grabbed my collar then won via gi-choke. :D

I know that Eddie Bravo is a great Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu instructor and this video proves that he's the man! Shinya Aoki visited Eddie to improve his Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu skills and this move is awesome. Since then, Shinya Aoki won some of his fights with this move! AWESOME!!!

Shaq to fight in MMA?!!?!?!?!

I didn't know that Shaq has been training with Jonathan Burke Gracie Orlando gym. So I'm wondering what belt does Shaq have in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and if ever he's interested to fight in MMA will he fight for the heavyweight division (206-265 lbs) or the super heavyweight division(266-above) which is not popular weight division in MMA?

Irritating skin infection

This past Thursday I felt something weird. I saw a redish wound on my left leg and shocked because it might be a staph infection. When I went to the doctor earlier, he said it looks like a ring worm. So right now I can't train at least a week. Now I'm bored :(
